Do I need a ticket for the event?
No. When you arrive at Hershey Lodge, you will be directed to the registration area in the Great Lobby to pick up your name badge, which will serve as your ticket to both the reception and the dinner/program. PA Chamber staff members will be available to assist you.
What if I forget my table number?
Your table number will be printed on your name badge, and there will be dining room layout charts available for viewing at the Help Desk in the Great Lobby area.
May I sit in any seat at my assigned table?
Yes, unless your host instructs otherwise.
How do I get an invitation to the Chairman’s Reception?
The Chairman’s reception is for sponsor guests, PA Chamber Board and Investor Members and state lawmakers. Sponsors and Investor member companies receive one or more invitations based on their sponsor level, membership status, etc. Due to space limitations, not everyone from sponsor or Investor companies receive an invitation to attend. The table hosts designate which reception credentials each of their guests receive. All guests are invited to attend the Gala Reception.
(Note: The Gala Reception features a Cash Bar; for planning purposes, credit cards are not accepted.)
What should I wear?
Dress is business attire. Generally, men wear suits or jackets/ties, and women wear business dresses or suits.
Is there a block of overnight rooms at Hershey Lodge?
A block of rooms at Hershey Lodge has been secured for Sept. 17 — 18 at a reduced rate of $179 per night (subject to all applicable taxes). To make reservations online, click here or call 1.855.729.3108 no later than Aug. 25 2017, referencing the ”PA Chamber - Annual Chamber Dinner.“ Reservations made after Aug. 25 will be on a space-available basis and may be subject to a higher rate.

Where do I park?
Complimentary parking is available on the grounds of Hershey Lodge. Limited valet parking is also available at a nominal charge at the guest registration entrance.
What if I have special dietary requirements?
Vegetarian and gluten free meals are available upon request at the event. Once you are seated, please inform your server if you require a vegetarian or gluten free meal. For any other dietary needs, please send an email request at least 7 business days in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is wine served with dinner?
Two complimentary bottles of Mazza Vineyards wine are provided at each table—one red and one white. Additional bottles are available for purchase through your server.
What is the cancellation policy?
